Greetings all!!

I hope you can please help me! I have the isimple setup and it has been working perfectly for a few years now (with no firmware upgrade). When the free XM radio deal began from Feb 1-14...literally suddenly, the radio/cd player would not respond to any button pushes....like if I pressed power it wouldn't power on but may come on randomly like 10mins later after pushing the button...nor will it acknowledge audio source changes immediately like cd-radio-xm, etc. My ipod still receives power but the radio has stopped recognizing it and will only play xm radio. At the time I thought it was only because of the free xm trial and that the problems would end when the trial ended but it still is doing the same oddly sluggish thing regarding the buttons slow if any response and not recognizing the ipod. I've disconnected the battery for 15mins and tried to reinitialize the gateway but the whole pesky button situation isn't letting me do the necessary process of switching to xm and turning the tune knob to set to ipod, etc.

Anyone else experience this oddity? Any assistance would be greatly greatly appreciated!
