I installed my iSimple today. I can get the audio to work and my ipod charges, but there is no track info, it only displays Aux1. Anyone know how to display the track info? Thanks

I may have figured it out. When it's in Aux 1 I can't get any track or artist info. When in iPod mode it finally (after about an hour of fooling around with it) shows what I want. Is there any way to get it to scroll across the screen though? I have an '04 non-navi TL

I just recently figured out how to work this iSimple thing. It works great, but you have to have it in whichever setting you prefer. I prefer Aux1 because I am used to the controls and I don't mind the display saying Aux1 rather than the song details. There is no way to have the song details scroll (at least I don't think so...). Don't mark my word on this, the best thing for you to do is call the 800 number on the iSimple install instructions. I did and they accurately answered every question I had. Hope this helped, good luck.

you can either use it as aux 1 or as ipod

aux 1 allows you to use your ipod as you would normally and gives you the ability to scroll with the ipod/iphone

to switch to ipod mode which allows you to display track information and use the right knob/ preset 5/6

hit am/fm then hit xm
then when it says "sat" rotate the right knob until you see it change to ipod

It won't scroll, but you can hit the display button to go between 4 or 5 displays including track name, artist, channel name and some others that I don't use.

Thanks everyone. I got everything working and it sounds awesome! I've had the car for a little more than a year and I don't know why I didn't get this upgrade earlier. It made the drive to and from school today sooooo much more enjoyable. I hate listening to the crap they play on the radio
