I was waiting to update to see if anyone had issues. I have had some issues on my iPod Touch since installing the iSimple but that is only if I leave the iPod connected to the iSimple, turn the car OFF with the iPod connected and then turn the car on with the iPod connected. For whatever reason the volume speaker would display on my iPod and I would lose all controls via the steering wheel or they would be different commands for example I would press CH + and the song would stop and I'd press it again and it would unpause the song instead of switching to the next or replay the current song. Hope this helps. I don't see a reason to upgrade to the latest iOS version yet. Have you tried putting your Gateway in AUX1 and see if the controls come back?

I have started to get 'no ipod connected' errors, but have not investigated it very far.

Ever since I installed iSimple I always use Aux1, when its in ipod mode it doesnt let be use my phone. Im thinking because of the recent iphone os update it cause isimple not to read it correctly. My next step was to go ahead and update the frimware on isimple to see if that could fix it this weekend

I havent had much problems with iSimple and my iPhone. I usually put mine on XM-1 on IPOD Mode and it works.
