Does anyone have either an iPhone 6 or iPhone 8 that connects to their HFL (maybe even specifically to their '08 TL)?

 

 

I got Iphone 7S plus and iphone 8 plus hook up to my 06 RL, 07/08 TL fine with no issue.

 

 

lol I lost track of the phone model they release. Plus, S, S Plus, SE, X urggg whatever it worked.

 

Yes I have a I phone 8 and is working just fine on my 04 TL. Need to call the Acura Help Number in your manual and very helpful, walk you right through it. Enjoy Hands Free - Awesome

 

My iPhone 8 Plus, and previous iPhone 6, connect to my HFL fine. However, somewhere along (particular iOS update?) the line my HFL stopped identifying the incoming caller and only says, "You have an incoming call" along with only displaying "Incoming call" on the display. Anybody else have this issue?

I've tried re-pairing my iPhones but nothing has worked (where the HFL tells me who's calling and displays the phone number). My address book hasn't changed and is still intact.

 

My iPhone SE lost all HFL connectivity when the iOS updated into 11.XX; subsequent updates have not helped.

The iPhone connects to newer Bluetooth devices, like the Garmin Navi used in the roadster and the wife's CUV.
