Intensive NAVI seminar for new owners

Hey Brothers and Sisters,

I'm picking up my brand new 05 TL 5AT NAVI ABP/Camel on Friday afternoon. This forum has been a great help for selection and negotiation. I've also read a lot about the Navi and HFL systems. I'm thinking it would be a great idea if a "power user" of same wanted to spend a couple of hours with a novice, in order to shorten the learning curve. This could be a paying proposition...even more so if a few novices got together for a joint "NAVI seminar." On the other hand, this is the kind of thing they should do at the dealership. Anyone heard of anything like this? If any power users are interested, I'm in the Yonkers, NY area.

Thanks,
Luke

Goof around, read the manual and search the forums. That's how I answered 99% of my own NAV quesitons. My dealership showed me some stuff, but not a lot.

its very user friendly. If you are at all tech savvy and can read u can teach yourself in 30 minutes. What suprises me is that your dealer didnt show you. Mine took 30 min to play with the technology in the car with me while my papers were being processed.

Consider spending time in the garage or parking lot checking out the features, etc. It is really easy to let your focus wander from the road if you are checking it out when moving.
