Instructions on how to take apart dash

Can someone scan the service manual or direct me to a thread that discusses this?

No. I did it with a flat head screw driver. Just be careful when you do it so you don't scratch anything. I would go to a local hardware store and get a plastic putty knife - it will be safer that way and only cost a buck or two.
