Installed sub=Fog lights don't work

I installed a 12'' JL 12w6v2-d4 with a kicker zx300.1... I had an old kicker set up and I just swapped wires as everything was plug and play...

When I turned my car back on, I noticed that my fog lights werent working. Has anyone ever had this issue? If so how did you resolve it?

Never heard of anything like this, your amp is to small for that sub, you need at least 600.1 for that sub just saying,
Regarding to your fog lights, I have no idea, bad install could cause lots of issues...

I dont know much about anything on audio stuff so thanks for the input. I was looking to purchase some new speakers for the front and will need to buy a new amp for those. So i'll look around for a 600.1 and will use my current amp for whatever speakers i end up buying. Any recommendations?

Yup, check your fuses first and foremost. As unlikely as it sounds given the timing, it's entirely possible the fog light issue isn't related to the sub install. Or it is related and something got overloaded and popped a fuse.
