Installed PA15-HON3, the cable is overheating!
Hey all
I just installed the PA15-HON3 in my 04 TL non-nav w/ XM. When I connect my iPhone 4, it plays and charges. However, the fat part of the USA SPEC cable near where it plugs into the unit heats up really quick. Within 60 seconds it could burn my fingers, and I am sure if I left it any longer it would damage something.
I just emailed their tech support, but wanted to see if anyone had run into this before.
Also, I lost one set of XM presets to the USA SPEC. I thought I saw while researching that I would keep both XM1 and XM2 for satellite channels. Perhaps I missed something?
