install navigation

Hi,
I'm looking to install navigation on my 2005 TL. This car did not come with navigation when I bought it. I recently was given a nav system from a friend who crashed their TL. Can I just install this in my car or do I need more parts? Any help would be appreciated.

you need the nav screen, dvd drive, map disk, sub display (clock, air, radio didplay above vents), nav drive bracket, nav antenna, the voice command steering wheel button, and a custom harness made by acurahondatech on ebay
