I use a Nokia 6230. It pairs fine, but if I start the call through the phone, HFL doesn't take it. I have to manually transfer the call to the car. If I initiate the call using HFL, call immediately plays through the speakers. Is this normal, because it's pretty annoying.

 

Yes, this is normal as the phone will link up with the HFL when you start the car. I always use the HFL.

 

you call from your phone and then press a button and say "transfer". How hard is that?

 

He has a point. Most other cars can pick up the convo if the call is initiated from the phone. It is kinda annoying but I've gotten used to it.

 

I'm with you on this - I kind of hate that you can't just start the call through the phone and have it automatically pop up in HFL. I've just gotten used to it really.
