I can't stand XM Radio! Calling me that is...

Ever since my trial period expired, they've been calling me at least once every other day. No exageration. Last week they did a record 3 calls on Monday, 2 on Tuesday, 2 on Wednesday, 1 on Thursday, 3 on Friday, and 1 on Saturday.

Yes, I tracked all of them because I'm sending them record of the calls with formal complaints. This after asking to be removed from their call list.

I was going to sign-up with them since it was a good price, but now they've just pissed me off. During a call I received yesterday, I explained that I have asked several times to be not called and she told me..."I'm very sorry to hear that, Sir. That is quite a few calls. However, Sir, our current offer expires today and may not be offered again. We will waive the activation fee...."

I could not believe it! Straight back to the sale. Got my digi-recorder out and a cell phone audio adapter if they call the cell. I'm gonna nail these fokkers!

Sounds like they are getting desperate. This could become a Sirius problem.

I don't believe he ever said he couldn't afford it.

Is that how you make your purchasing decisions? By buying from whichever pushy asshole pesters you the most?

I was going to order it, but I was out of town without car for a month. Why order it when I wasn't going to use it? They're just harassing me at this point.

It's sad to see someone stereo-type me based on my vehicle purchase. Just because I bought a TL, I'm all of a sudden loose with my money? Guess I'm uber-rich. NOT! It was a value/self-reward purchase. I'm proud that I can afford such a vehicle.

Since we're stereo-typing... guess we know how to get you to do something. That whole squeaky wheel gets the grease thing, huh?

You could just tell them to put you on the no-calling list. By law if they call you again after you ask them to you can sue them.

Please read the message your are responding to before you respond. And I don't believe you can sue, you can file a complaint with the FTC who can then choose to litigate. So far, in the history of the do-not-call registry the FTC has only filed one suit and that just happened a couple of days ago against a firm that violated the DNC law over 300000 times so I personally wouldn't be too hopeful in the FTC taking action against XM.
