HTC Mogul

Has anyone tried the HTC Mogul phone with the HFL? If so, how was the performance. The Acura HFL site just list it as being tested. However, it' been a while since it's been on that list without any results posted yet. Thanks.

I have the HTC 6800 from BELL, works well. paired no problems, got signal and batter displayed.

but when i turn off the car and step outside i notice my HTC acts up, and i have to ultimatly hard reset the HTC device to get it to work again.

So yes, it works well

I assume you're talking about the Sprint HTC 6800 Mogul? My only comment would be that previous Sprint HTC devices don't have a good track record of compatibility. Maybe you can find a store that will let you take a demo out to your car and see if you can pair it and do you own tests before you buy???

It's a neat phone 6800 sprint.. A buddy had it and i liked it. I dont want to switch my treo 700p until I find something that REALLY works as well. I mean applications wise, the treo stinks, but it's still better then most ofthers for what I use it for.

Thank you all for the replies. I'll stop at a sprint store to see if they'll let me try it out. If anyone else has any thoughts, please post. Thanks

A 'HARD' reset?

I think that would wipe out your all your phone's info including Contacts and reset the phone to brand new state. Don't you mean a SOFT reset?

mogul works pretty well, have to connect the call manually sometimes, but aside from that, it sounds nearly as good as my 700wx, haven't gotten acuralink to work at all, 4 different phones, no luck...has anyone successfully imported their phone book?

I hear people have luck importing their phonebook using jetMobile... but I dont want to pay for software to make it work.

The Mogul is a freaking $600 phone, it should have all of those BlueTooth profiles activated already.
