^^ I basically got screwed on ebay. I need to know how much is the most I should pay for a factory refurbished model. It also makes a slight rattle noise inside but I can't determine if it is a problem.

I wouldn't buy a refurbished one, The first one I bought have a hard time for the bluetooth to connect, luckily I bought it from an authorized dealer. Unless its from a authorized dealer, I wouldnt risk it.

yea i know. i figured that i wouldn't blatantly get lied to in an ebay description, but i did. they said it was Brand New! so i figured saving about $75 - $125 would be worth it. Oh and that link above this post, I wouldn't trust someone with that little feedback selling anything. After it's all straightened out, I'll go with a member who has a store on ebay and will have warranties.
