Ok,..let me see if i read this right.
You have to replace the car battery but are unsure of how many CCA ( cold cranking amps ) it needs to have.
but, you know it must be 550CCA....
A new battery will specify how many CCA's it has. Keep it above 550CCA since thats the minimum it recommends for the TL.
Now depending where you live ( if you have colder weather etc ) get something with a higher rating.
Definition of CCA
If you live in a cold climate, the CCA rating is a more important consideration than it is if you live in a warm one. Battery starting power deteriorates as the battery ages, so a battery with higher starting power should give you more confidence over time. Replacement batteries should equal or exceed the OE battery in ratings. Replacing a battery with a battery that has a lower CCA than the original equipment may result in poor performance.

I think you're misinterpreting something OP..
CCA: cold cranking AMPS
That's all you need to look at, don't over think this.

long story short.....that means how long ( not hours ) it takes to drain the battery at a 1amp load without a recharge
So lets say your car is sitting for a couple weeks ( car is always drawing power even when off )
ie: a 20Ah battery at 1 amp drain could still turn on your car after sitting for 2 weeks. a 56Ah battery with a 1 amp drain could sit there for a month and start up right away.

Just go out and find the highest # of CCA's and reserve capacity that will fit in the battery compartment. Typially 700+ for CCA.
