My hands free link is shot and it keeps killin my battery. If I piull #6 fuse it will not drain. I rather just locate and disconnect the Hands Free link. Any idea where it maybe located???

It is in the overhead console above to the home link and map lights.

This will for for 04-06 (maybe for 07-08, but I don't know):
Slide a feeler gauge in and pop out the sunroof switch - it just snaps in, but don't use something that will scratch up the plastic. Disconnect. Next, put your fingers up in the hole and pull down until the larger housing also snaps out. Disconnect. There are now 4 8mm (or maybe 10mm) bolts that hold the plastic housing up against the roof. The HFL is the mounted into the plastic housing with some torx screws if I remember right - you don't have to remove it, just disconnect it. Reverse the removal to get it all back together - it is easy to lose a bolt in-between the seats and the center console if you lose one, so be careful.

These HLF units seem to have a 100% failure rate within 5 years

Anyone disagree/agree?

Yup, high failure rate. Thankfully, mmclendon figured out it was a bad capacitor in the power up circuit-and posted a thread on how to fix it. Replace the capacitor and it fixes the problem for many. This means it is clearly defective in manufacture. Acura should fess up and standup behind it. Not everyone has the soldering skills to fix it themselves-and should not have to.
