Is anyone using the HON-SC1 and an iPod adapter like the Dice, USA Spec or any of the others that use the same plug as the HON-SC1? Just wondering if the two will work together. Specifically in my 08 with navi.

 

They do work together. I used the HON and SPEC together. The HON-SC1 went in the trunk, the SPEC connected to the back of the radio

 

So hopefully it will not make a difference on an 08. The HON-SC1 has to hook up at the head unit in mine. Thanks.

Thank you. Now to find the current best solution. I was going to go with the carputer but for what I need, it is just overkill.
