Exclamation HFL Voice recognition problem.

HFL Voice recognition problem.

When I say 323, it says 832.
It’s always the first number. 1234567890 works fine.

I’ve had many different people in my car to test this and its always the same thing.
Anyone with this problem?

Yes I have the same problem.....I am taking it to the dealer to get the software updated. The service guy made me aware that there is a software update so hopefully that will fix the problem.

I better watch out for the popo tl

I find the more naturally I speak, the better the recognition. If I try to annunciate everything perfectly, I get errors. If I speak as I would to a passenger, it's almost 100% accurate. For example, deliberately putting breaks between words seems to mess it up, but running things together works well. I used to say, "Call 555-555-5555" and I'd get something like *055-555. If I say, "Call555-555-5555," with little to no gap between call and the first number, all is good.

Try saying "232" and see if it interprets that as "323' since your 2's are 3's and your 3's are 2's - perhaps it's your accent?!?!?!

Maybe you should learn to read first before saying stupid things.
