HFL Feedback through speakers

Does anyone have this issue when using their Bluetooth phone? Sometimes I can tell that I'm going to get a call before it's announced because I'll get some feedback through the speakers.

Is this normal? Can this be avoided?

I haven't had this problem, but I do have a couple of questions:
Where is your phone when this happens?
Do you have auto answer turned on for your phone (maybe on the handsfree profile)?
What type of phone (flip or brick)?
How long does the feedback last?
Does the feedback stop before you answer the phone?

more info please

-It's happened in two separate places. In the cup holder or in the little compartment right by the ac adapter.

-No auto answer is not turned on. It will still announce the call and I'll still need to hit the button on the stering wheel.

-I have the Razr (Flip) and it's been closed both times it happened.

-It'll last like 2 seconds or so...but I'm afraid if I have the volume turned up high and I get an incoming call the feedback might blow my speakers or something.

-Usually, but sometimes I'll be in the middle of the call and it'll come back...at which point I'll move the phone around in my car and it'll get worse/better depending.

Could it be the phone?

I've had this happen even before I got bluetooth phone and in my 2002 TL as well. Its like 2 seconds before the phone would ring.

I think it has to do with the sheer power of the new phones. They somehow interfere with the radio if placed too close. Try moving it farther away from the radio.
