I have a Moto V3 paired to my 05 TL. I frequently have the need to dial from my phone but the HFL does not recognize that I am dialing from the phone. I looked in the owner's manual but did not find anything.

What am I doing wrong?

 

I have a motorola v710 - and for that if you aren't physically dialing through the car's bluetooth, you need to hit the menu button on the phone and then select 'switch audio' and it switches it to use the bluetooth

 

I really did read the manual, but looking at it again unveiled the answer. When paired with the TL you can switch from the phone to HFL and back using the "transfer" function.

 

Well, I have the V3 and when I try to transfer, if the call is still dialing, meaning no one has answered yet, then the HFL tells me that there is no call in progress. Have you ever had this problem?
