HFL causing 9 body codes?

Hello everyone. So I been googling and trying to figure out all the electrical problems I have in my 06 TL w/navi. I have the service manual and the Launch x431 pro scan tool. I put all new fuse and relays in the car. No new blown fuses.went thru service manual and went step by step on troubleshooting. Really didnt anywhere until I just happened to take out the HFL because that was one thing I KNEW I had to change. Couple days and hfl fails. I just thought i had bad luck because our TL's are notorious for the hfl. But i just happen to throw the scanner in because i was bored. Checked for codes and wth? Only 2? Put HFL back in and 9 came back on. And yes, before connect/disconnect, I did take the negative terminal off. So here's the codes with the HFL connected:
-B1005
-B1006
-B1007
-B1008
-B1010
-B1011
-B1830
-B1832
-B1833

With the HFL disconnected, it has only 2:
-B1060Relay control module lost communication with gauge control module.
-B1830Left mirror vertical sensor open.

So, my question is.. whis or how is the hands free link have to with the other codes? The other codes are for the power windows and gauge control and other stuff that doesn't have anything to do with hands free link. Or does it? Could someone enlighten me? What am I not understanding about this handsfree link or the wiring..? O, and also, I've checked all fuses and tested all relays in the car. Or should I just say "🖕 b-codes. As long as I pass smog im good"?. Its just annoying seeing codes.

I think you may be conflating the two, I would say the codes came on because the battery terminal was removed. I would remove it again for a few minutes to reset the codes and try again.

Additionally, if you have a scanner, you can clear the codes and if they don't come back, then it's a non-issue
