ok guys here is the issue yeasterday i went to a local shop and brought them 2 10inch kicker c104, a kicker amp, rockford forsgate speakers 6 1/2 4 of them, and a crunch amp.
So after everything is installed i hear this static noice coming from the speakers.
i ask the guys whats with the noice he said that is coming from the amp to speakers.
so is their anyway to get rid of these noice.
p.s the noice still goes on when the oem factory radio is off.

if you're getting a static noise it could be one of two things.
do you notice the noise gets louder when the engine revs are higher? if so, then its standard engine noise. you either need 1) a better ground location, 2) move your RCAs because they could be next to a power source in your car causing noise interference or 3) move your speaker wires because it could be getting noise interference as well.
If you don't notice it getting louder then its just the standard white noise you get when you have a low voltage signal going to your amp from using a RCA output converter. Sometimes grounding the converter a little better helps but usually its from the quality of parts.
I once worked on a M3 (it was like a 2009 or something) and the guy had the same problem. He ended up going out and find an RCA output converter that was around 80 bucks. Its like 4 times more expensive than most converters but it did fix the problem.
