Ok so I bought an 04 with Navi the other day and when I got home I noticed it had an iPod wire coming out of the glove box. Couldn't find any hidden switches so I figured it was to be accessed through the XM button (see, I am learning something thru Acurazine lol... However low & behold, when I press the button it does NOTHING.
I have a mint condition stock 05 as well and From that i know you should at least be able to get a preview station ... But on my 04, it doesn't even show XM on top left hand corner of the screen... Any ideas? I can't live off of the 2 or 3 decent NC radio stations forever lol.... Any input would be much appreciated!!

Welcome to AZ.
I don't have an iPod, but many of the members who have had issues just disconnected and reconnected their iSimple units to get the rest of the TL's audio working again.
Check https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/3g-tl-garage-faq-3g-tl-newbies-553554/ at I-055 through I-059 on iPod and auxiliary input installs, if that's how your '04 was wired.
G/L!
