I don't have navi so I didn't know what you meant about the DVD player until I thought about it enough, and figured you mean the navi unit in the trunk.
If you need it, here's a thread with scans for the navigation unit removal.
Locate Connector C, which is the 8 wire connector, but only 7 are used.
The white/red wire is continuous power, so this may not be the one you want.
The yellow/red wire is power source for accessories, so this may be the one you want.
Those are the only two possibilities for power sources.
Do you have a circuit tester, test light, multimeter? If so, you can use one of them to test the circuit and find the wire you need.
If you don't want to punch holes in the wires, take the plug apart off and put the probe in the connectors and see what happens.
Hope this helps.

for the quick response. It works like a champ. Okay here is what i did. I have 2 IDQ 10" powered by PPI 2360(bridged to 1 chanel) which i pulled out from my prelude. Power runs straight from the battery, remote turn on hook up to the accessory from navigation unit(in the trunk), signal come from the sub (behind the fact amp) into the high speakers input of my amps. Everything works great except that at high gain level (more than half way) i would get this crazy buzzing and humming from the sub..could be a bad grounding or the high signal into the amp is too high..not sure...more likely the ground but at half gain is enough for me already the trunk rattling bad...hehee...will post picture later...
