help with non-nav to nav swap in MD,DC or VA

does anyone in the DC,MD and VA area have done a non-nav to nav swap on a 04 TL

ONE WORD "MARTIN" he just did mine 04TL non nav to navi excellent love it, the best. this guy did mine yesterday in 5 .5 hrs with voice command.
