would a 05 radio and navi screen fit into a 07. Also the dvd player in the rear will a 05 fit a 07. My car is missing the head unit, center vents, navi display, silver trims, and center panels. Im looking to replace this please let me know. Much thanks.

 

Physically, yes they will fit. The big question is will they connect to your factory harness? The '05 navi setup has a lower resolution screen than the '07 models which could potentially call for different wiring.

Anyone else want to chime in on that?

 

Only the same exact unit will fit plug-and-play. Since you don't have the old unit, I don't know what to tell you - the model is located on the tape door and is something like 1TB2, or something. You might be able to get others to wire up, but plan on some work and a lot of luck.

 

Well the thing with the display is that they're the same part number. The radio is different and so is the dvd player in the trunk. If someone can give me some info on the wiring that will be very helpful. Thanks

 

You could probably wait for years and nobody will have it. If you want to wire up a different unit, then you will need to get wiring diagrams for both, DDM and figure it out. I don't even know if anybody knows if they are even able to be rewired or if the inputs/outputs will match up.

 

The only one i bet could really help you is Martin, who does all the non navi to navi conversions and makes custom harnesses. he knows the wiring inside and out. I would suggest contacting him, because at the very least he can sell you an 07-08 system so you wont need to modify. hondacuraexpert is his ebay user id. Good luck!
