I was wondering if anyone could please tell me how to input '+' when setting phone numbers on HFL.

I tried using the words "plus, add, addition, cross, international code (last one was a long shot)" however, I was not successful. I read the instruction manual and used HFL help in the car - both to no avail.

I'm trying to call long distance in the car - sould somebody shed some light on this situation?
