Help with Amps...
hello i have a 2006 Acura tl with the following replacement speakers in ....
Rear Deck: Polk Audio db651 2-Way 6.5" Car Speaker
Front Doors: PIONEER TS-A1684R 6.5" 4-WAY A-SERIES SPEAKERS
Center Speaker: POLK AUDIO DB351 3.5" 105 Watt 2-Way
iknow the speakers arent at their best right now and im guessing is because of its runnin on a stock amp.
I need to know if i need more than one amp so all can produce at their best.
Thanks

Can I ask what you're looking for in a system??
Are you looking to get loud? Are you looking for the best sound quality you can? If it were me I'd sell the fronts and buy a pair of quality components. I'm not sure if you like the whole sound all around you feeling that you get with rears or if that's what you're going after but a solid set of components up front will fill the car more than enough. Your soundstage will be up front like it should and you won't have to power multiple channels like your setup now. I mean it's up to you...just trying to give you another option that you might not have thought about.
Get new fronts and use the stock amp to power the rears and center. That will be plenty for those. I, along with quite a few others, don't use rears. If you would want them for fill..the stock amp will be enough to give you that fill. That way you'd need 2 channels for the components up front and that's it. If you wanted to add a sub later, buy a 4 channel and bridge the other 2 channels when you get a sub. I feel like you might just be polishing a turd when amping 5 channels of mediocre speakers ya know.

i want lound and quality.. right now it isnt so bad but its like i crank it up to 40 and i ask myself thats all?
i do want to add a sub in the back but not right now because money is tight but i want that loud and with quality sound.
So how about this
1. remove the pioneers
2. add Polk Audio DB6501 DB Series 6.5" Component Set
3. And a 4 channel amp because i will add the sub in the back
IF not wat components do you recommend..and what amp as well?
Thanks alott

Yeah..my ears will bleed at 40. A better set of speakers and more power will wake it up. Plus you're going to run into distortion above 30ish..and the factory amp is already pretty noisy.
What's your budget for speakers and amp?? Not counting if you sold the fronts for a little more to help ya
