Hey need some help cause I am not sure what this mean

I ordered the dvd navi from vsololov and it is shipping to canada and i do my tracking info today and they stated this

IMPORT SCAN
THE ENTRY WAS VOIDED BECAUSE THE EXCEPTION WAS ENTERED IN ERROR

what is this mean can someone explaine ahhhh going to die ahhh

I think you ordered from this thread, which would be a good place to post your question, since vsokolov monitors the thread often.
