So I measured my trunk at night to design my box. Bad idea. I made my box 17 inches tall and want to push it all the way against the seats. But it seems like it's an ench too tall. My question is, is there any room if I remove the trunk lining under the rear deck to gain an inch? Has anyone removed that lining?

When I worked on my install I removed it a bit. You have some room but not sure if it's enough.

 

How did you remove it bud? Is it hard?

You need to get to the back of the backseat to remove 2 clips. What a pain for just one panel.
