Headlight tint-vision?

i have a 2005 base TL and i wanted to tint my headlights. i have heard that if you tint the headlights and dont have fog lights you lose a lot of vision, which i obviously dont want.

is there anyone who has done it and had problems?

tinting any kind of head light or tail light is a bad idea.
you wont be able to see.

instead of applying a film or paint over the headlight; we open the headlight up and paint all the shiny pieces black.
you can be creative and make your headlights custom.
deleting the orange reflector if you wanted to.
etc.

there are a lot of pictures on this website.
take a look around

I wouldn't suggest it because of tickets but If you really want to you can go to http://www.lamin-x.com/Articles.asp?ID=287. This has a really light tint that I've the look but doesn't really know out the light. It's a film that can b removed.

With HID projectors I don't think a light film will really make much of a difference, although painting the trim black is still a better look, that's what I did but I still might do Laminx one of these days.

the problem with film is that you're covering up the beautiful projectors..
acura made an awesome set of headlights.
I wouldnt want to cover up the way it looks.

Skip out on the tint and reach out to JNC on the forums. He's local to us and will mod your headlights to your liking if you're not the DIY type.
