Has anyone tried Motorola's Bluetooth Adapter

Motorola has a bluetooth adapter for some of their phones: http://www.engadget.com/entry/7820473271547816/

For Verizon people that already have a decent working phone that they like, this may be a better alternative than buying the v710.

Does anyone know if the adapter works with the TL. I don't really think this was it's intended use but it would be cool if it worked.

Adapters cannot work with the TL or any system like the HFL. Because they plug into the headset port on the phone, all they provide is sound in and sound out. They cannot control the phone functions such as dialing, answering, or hanging up. Because of this, no bluetooth adapter will ever work in these type situations, they only work with headsets and provide limited control.

The motorola adapter is slightly different than the jabra adapter...the moto connects to the data/charging port at the bottom of your motorola phone...so in theory it could.... the real problem is the fact that these BT adapters don't support hands free profile
