Hands Free Link Operation

Hands Free Link Operation
After a few months, I am still confused about the operation of the HFL since the information about the operation of the system is neither clear nor complete.
For example, when you receive a call through the system, how do you answer it? If you push the call button, then the system asks you a question. Do you just answer the call without touching any of the HFL buttons.
Another thing that is unclear is when you use the address book to call someone through the HFL system. Do you need to push any of the HFL buttons?
I have read and reread the Manual and there is no information on this.

Sounds like your phone may not be compatible... some phones don't work too well.
When a call is coming in, you answer with the pick-up button (one on top)

Hmmm, I just press the 'call' button when the phone is ringing and just start talking. When I make a call I press the call button and say 'CALL RICH' and she responds with 'Would you like to call RICH' and I press call again and say yes. Now RICH is programmed into my HFL phonebook. If you want to call a number not stored I believe you just press the call button and say 'CALL 5551234567'.
I know this may be stupid but several folks have done this before, if you have navi, make sure you're not hitting the navi voice button (you have to 'pull' that one towards you, the HLF you 'press').
