Front side marker voltage

Both side markers are out. I pulled the driver side and checked with a multi-meter. It read 11.75v. Is that correct or too high?

Your car is a 12V DC system, so anything around 12V should work. I doubt 11.75V is too low, it's definitely not too high. My guess is the lamp itself is dead. Did they both stop working at the same time?

I just bought the car used, so I have no idea if they died at the same time.

Then you will probably be fine just replacing them with new lights.
