Navigation/System Problems

Ok, maybe not freaking out...but what the hell is going on here!! I was detailing the inside of my car yesterday when all of the sudden my car amp (Kicker 400.1) went into protect mode. I turned the car off (it was in accessory) and turned it back on. The amp came back but kept going back and forth if I was to turn it up past about volume 5 (not very loud w/ my settings). So...I started looking for another cheap amp to hold me over but I went out to my car today to check something and this is what I get......

View My Video

As you can see, in the first key position the nav. screen comes up but just keeps resetting. This has been happening since about a month after I got the car, it will just randomly reset while driving and come back or whatever. Not a big deal as I was planning on sending it off to Alpine for the cheap fix. When the key is put into the second key position I get a white/cream colored screen that just flickers. My Nav-DVD WILL NOT eject in either key position (haven't tried it with the car on). This is seriously starting to piss me off b/c I can't figure out why it's doing this. Is the nav. messing up the reason why my amp is acting weird? Is the amp acting weird the reason my nav. is acting weird? I was going with the first one because my DVD won't even eject!! Going to unplug the negative battery terminal now to see what happens. Ugh...someone help me

Awesome...car won't turn on. It acts fine in the first key position but the nav starts flickering in the second key position. When I try to start it it just kinda clicks. Dead battery?? Kinda weird bc it's been fine and I never messed with any wires, etc.

Just reset the battery and had someone jump me...works now. Kinda weird though...didn't know the battery would just stop like that and mess up everything! Welp...thanks everyone haha! I probably freaked out and posted a little to quickly but if your navigation started flickering, along with everything else..you'd be going WTF too.

x3 and the battery went below a criticial voltage, where electronics start turning themselves off, to protect from being damaged from undervolting (too much amperage with a low voltage which = more heat produced)
