Factory sub replacement.

I have an 08 TLS. The sub is not blown but i was curiouse if anyone has replaced the factory sub with an aftermarket one? Will the amp that powers the factory sub have enough juice to power up an aftermarket one. If so what has amyone replaced it with?

This question has literally been asked a hundred times. Very few if any drop in replacements. Factory amp does not have enough power. You'll likely end up sounding worse than factory with just a sub replacement in the factory location.

There are many options, browse this section for ideas. Some do ported, sealed, bandpass through the skipass, or IB. Many different good brands to choose from.

A flimsy metal deck isn't the best place to put a speaker that intentionally vibrates lol

Simplest thing would be is to get a line out converter, tap it into the speaker wire coming from the deck then get an aftermarket speaker/box.

I used to build systems in my car back in the day, not going to bother with this one too much... I will put a 10 in a narrow box snugged up against the back seat though... wanting just a little more base.
