I don't know what gauge the front door speaker wires are but their pretty thin. At what wattage should they be bypassed and new wiring ran. I have about 100 watts going from my amp to *each* door. I've tapped into the factory wiring after the stock amp. I've already ran new wire to the tweets bc that was pretty trivial but the doors don't look easy.

 

You should be fine with the factory wiring.

If you decide to upgrade later, 16g fit through my door plugs/connectors with some slight modifactions required. I drilled two empty slots in the door connectors to open them up some and the wires slide through easily.
