Electronics / Battery ? Help Please

I have an 05 AT TL w/Navi. Not quite two years old with 40K miles on it .............

I have had some weird electronic problems lately. In starting my car, the ignition turnover has been chugging and sluggish lately. Almost like it doesn't want to start. Before this started happening one day all my am/fm presets disappeared to channels neither my wife or I listen to. Then about a month later our memory seat settings simply were gone. It does let me reset them. Now our driver's side window will not go all the way down with one touch (you have to hold the button down). Finally when I am starting the car my clock always says 1:00 for about 5 seconds or so and finally shows the correct time.

My question is could this be the battery ? Its not even two years old and we basically drive it daily. Or could it be the alternator ?? Or something else ...........

I am going to take it in sooner then later, but wondered if a new battery might fix all of my problems ?

It really sounds like the remote fob is on it's last leg in terms of battery life... change the battery on you remotes... (the remotes aren't linking to the car)...

The factory battery is trash, IMO... I would suggest you change it to an Optima Red top or Yellow top... I did this once I left the dealer from picking up the car... on the first day of ownership...

It sounds like a battery to me.
You can have it tested for free at autozone or similar.
Check to see if you can get it replaced under warranty.
If not, Costco has a great deal on batteries and long warranties.

Kinetik has an 1800CCA battery that is the same size as the OEM. A little pricey but I love mine. Power the system nicely.
