Electrical Related Issue - 4pin Flat Trailer Harness

Hey guys, not TL related but it has to do with electrical. Hopefully you can give me some input.

I am trying to wire up (2) LED lights as brake lights on the back on my cargo rack and having an issue getting the left side to work. The lights I have, have 3 wires coming from each. A White, Black , and Green. I have tied both of the white wires from the lights and have a t-tap to the white on the 4pin Flat harness. I tied both black wires together and a t-tap to the brown wire on the flat harness. Yellow off the harness goes to the green on the left side for turn signal and the green off the harness goes to the green on the right side for the turn signal. This should work as stated but I am having an issue getting the left side to do anything. Right side works as it should. So my question to you guys is, Where did I go wrong?

I am not good with electrical but this should be pretty straight forward, but yet it isn't working for me... Drives me crazy, and need this to work by Friday 4:30PM to head up north. My cargo carrier will be packed high enough to block my rear lights and I want them to be visible.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
