DVD-A, where to get them and what?
DVD-A, where to get them and what?
Ok, in a year of looking around I haven't been able to find any good DVD-A discs. Take that back, I found 1 Foo Fighters album.
Where's a good place to go to order them from? are there any good albums out besides classical and jazz music?
the Best Buy near me had all classical, some people I never heard of, Foo Fighters (which I bought) and britney spears, what the hell is that about.

I found a website that I can make my own dvd-audio it's called cirlinca.com and you can make up to 5 dvds on a demo. You just have to make your cds a aiff or a wav file and it will burn DVD-R's to DVD-Audio. Let me know if you have any questions. I've made 4 dvd-audios so far and they sound better than cd's. They hold about 50 songs as a wave file.

The problem with DualDiscs is there is no standard regarding the content information. The original concept was to use a hi-rez format (DVD-A) on the flipside and the normal 2 channel stereo on the other. But thanks to Sony because they wanted a piece of the pie decided to opt for DVD-Video instead and keep SACD as their hi-rez format.

also search on Adobeman's DVD-Audio scripts and programs. They are FREE!
