DVD/CD unload/load
Do you have the radio code (and Navi code, if applicable)?
If so, disconnect the battery for a few minutes, reattach, enter the requested code(s) and try ejecting the discs.
If that doesn't work, the CD/DVD player probably needs to be pulled for repair.
If you don't have the codes, look for them on a sticker in the glove compartment or on the engine fuse box before disconnecting the battery.

Sounds to me like the CD mechanism is kaput! You'll have to remove the unit and send it out for repair. I used these guys last year, they're OK.
