My car is TL 2004,
I can not unload (reject CD/DVD) to open "tray" for insert the CDs/DVDs. Please let helps to fix it!

Do you have the radio code (and Navi code, if applicable)?

If so, disconnect the battery for a few minutes, reattach, enter the requested code(s) and try ejecting the discs.
If that doesn't work, the CD/DVD player probably needs to be pulled for repair.

If you don't have the codes, look for them on a sticker in the glove compartment or on the engine fuse box before disconnecting the battery.

 

Oh, radio still work well, only dvd/CD player does not work! It could not open the tray to insert CD !

Sounds to me like the CD mechanism is kaput! You'll have to remove the unit and send it out for repair. I used these guys last year, they're OK.
