DVD Audio Burning: Best Settings
DVD Audio Burning: Best Settings
Hi guys,
Figured out a way to burn DVD Audios however I notice that the sound is not as great as from the factory DVD-Audio demo or a DVD-A I bought from bestbuy.
Im downloading mp3s, converting to wave and using cirlinca to burn to DVD-A.
Anyone knows if there are any settings I can play with before burning to DVD-A to get the best quality sound?

Yeah, I have tons of MP3s sitting on my external drives which used to play just fine in my BMW but obviously my TL does not support MP3s - so I really want to convert them to DVD-A and get some kick ass sound.
Im pretty sure Im screwing up some default settings maybe during the conversion from mp3 to wav, maybe thats why the quality isent DVD-A quality even though they play just fine.

dude, the source, which are .MP3's are poor.
you will never, NEVER, ever emulate a true DVD-A sound quality from .MP3's
because of this, there is no reason to make DVD-A's unless you just want to hold millions of millions of songs on one DVD.

I used straight up .mp3s on my DVD-As and some of the sound quality is still pretty good even when compared to the original CD.
But, of course, they don't sound as nearly as good as some of the FLAC that I have.
I think it might also depend on the .mp3s you have... all of mine are 320kbps++
