Dual Screen Display on Non Navi
I was one of those few back then who bought a non navi and regretted (2006) ever since, I've been finding ways to make it look nice without a pop out headunit...
In 2009, i relocated the temperature screen to the bottom and add in a 7inch monitor which attached with a single din dvd player in the glovebox..
Recently a friend gave me a sony headunit, I was like..hmm lets try to place this in the radio nob area..and it works perfect after a few hours of rewiring everything.
The new unit gave me the ability to access my phonebook, play audio thru bt and pandora, allows calls to come in etc..with a backup camera.
Here's some photo for yall to see, its a little dusty because i didnt get to clean it yet..

Interesting setup but I seem to think that screens where the knobs are are just to damn low. Looks out of place when it's that low. Why not do a CarPC with the screen in the stock radio spot?

i can understand Car PC and the need for a screen on top...what i can't figure out is why do you have two screens to begin with?
The top one doesn't even show you back-up cam. If you wanted to add extra screens put them in the visors and headrests. imo

Seriously?? No Offense but whats the purpose of haveing TWO Units one on top of the other? Are you planing on Watching two different things at the same time? I say Keep one Unit and put the rest back the way it goes. Just my
