Dom's NavTV Install behind nav screen

I searched the site but couldn't find any info regarding this. I am trying to wire Dom's NavTV unit to the harness behind the nav screen rather than in the trunk. Has anyone done this before, and if so, which harness do I have to cut. I'm guessing the wires should have the same color schematics as what's in the trunk, right?

Thanks in advance.

i have done it, it's a tight fit, but it fits back there

the wires and harness are identical to the one in the trunk

yea i was think about it but cutting it there and cutting it in the trunk seems to void warranty all the same. at least if i install it near the deck, it's easier since my dvd player is in the glove.

exact same reason why i installed it there, it's easier to run a cable a few inches then through out the entire car.

if it's installed correcly then there shouldn't be any problems. it's just more work to remove the navi screen, but to me it's more worth it

just do a search on the forum, and the removal instructions are there. it looks complicated, but is actually easy to do., should only take you 10-15 minutes to remove everything
