Does the 07 MDX Nav disc work with 06 TL's?

Does the 07 MDX Nav disc work with 06 TL's?
A buddy of mine just bought an 07 MDX in Canada. In Canada they give you both a disc for Canada and another one for north America. He said he'll hook me up with the disc foe free. I just want to know whether an 07 MDX disc will be compatible with an 06 TL? I'm assuming no, correct me if i'm wrong.
