I have plantronic BT headset that is paired to my RAZR. The RAZR is also paired to the HFL. I would like the ablity to disconnect the RAZR from the HFL and use the plantronic when I want to. Is there a command to turn off the HFL? The command transfer only works during a conversation. I like using my plantronic since my phone book is in the phone and not with the HFL and the RAZR is much more accurate and less frustrating with voice recog. I still like to have the HFL so that in a pinch, I can answer the phone while driving.

hit the send button on the HFL and then say "Transfer" it should take the sound from the car to the phone and vice versa.

 

Within your phone, do you have the ability to select which hands free set to use?

 

Yes, the RAZR permits different BT profiles, but I think the profiles have to be manually selected (although RAZR owners can set up shortcuts).

That means that the RAZR is paired with one device and not the other, and a manual re-set is necessary to change that.
