Someone here had a good idea to do "commandments" so i made my disclaim text as follows:

The three commandments

1. Thou shall not have sex in Chris's car... unless thou art with Chris.
2. Thou shall not eat or drink in Chris's car.
3. Thou shall not smoke in Chris's car.

I also liked the commandments idea -

Thou shalt not eat or drink in Pat's car
Thou shalt not smoke in Pat's car
Thou shalt not back-seat drive in Pat's car

Now sit down, shut up and hold on!

Not as awesome as that dog from the OG Duck Hunt from 8-bit NES!!!

Anyway, I here is the link to that file: navi.exe

Also, I made this cool little spreadsheeet that helps for determining whether your disclaimer text will actually work when you go to load it into the navigation: spreadsheet. As some of you might know (and I actually haven't confirmed it but it makes sense), if your modified line of text is longer than the original line of text, then you won't be able to use it. Check it out the spreadsheet to see what I mean. It's pretty self-explanatory once you actually try it.

Yo, LethaFace, this stuff is really easy. Pretty much the only thing you need to worry about is making sure that the new file sizes are the same or smaller than the originals. The cmd stuff is a little intimidating at first if you've never messed with DOS/command prompt, but once you get the hang of it it's pretty easy.
