Differences between my 05 and 06 Voice Recognition

Has anyone with an 04-05 had their voice recognition unit that commands the navigation, radio, and climate controls replaced?

I took my 05 in for service and got a brand new 06 loaner (90 miles) and i noticed that the voice recognition is much better than my 05. Whenever I say a command it does not have a long pause and execution like my 05. It's almost instantaneous compared to my 05.

I want to see if the dealership will replace it for me. Any suggestions?

Please search before posting. Here is another thread discussing the exact same thing: If you have a 2004 TL, Upgrade your HFL! Please continue the discussion there.

In short, bring your car in for an HFL upgrade.

Edit: I received a PM from 2k5_AcuraTL stating that he is not interested in upgrading the HFL, but something else. Please clarify your question.

Thank you. I was referring to replacing the unit that controls the commands of the Climate Control, navigation, and radio. Unless both that and the HFL unit use the same microphone. i THINK i read that here a while back, but I couldn't find it again in the search. I called the dealership today and they said they'd check it out when I told them the 06 loaner I have now works faster than my 05.
