Hi Everyone

I am new to AcuraZine and I needed some help. I cracked my Navi touchscreen and I wanted to know if anyone knows where I can get the replacement parts. I don't want to change the whole unit, I just want the touchscreen. The LCD is intact but the touchscreen cracked and doesn't work. Does anyone know where I can order the part online or even better would be if anyone knows a place where I can get this done for me in southern CA?

 

you have to replace the cluster the NAVI sits in.
I dont believe you can just replace the screen.

hopefully someone can chime in and correct me if wrong.

 

You'll usually only find the whole display unit sometimes with the climate control buttons, sometimes not.

You could attempt to find a 4wire overlay but that would take a lot of work. The connections are very specific and the circuitry does not learn to work with differences in the layout of the 4 layers.

Ebay or BM are places to check. Also note that 07 and 08 are different with regard to connectors on the back than what 04-06 are and are much less available.

it's VERY expensive from the dealer. You can usually find a radio and navi screen for around 500-800 dollars and sell the radio back for 300-400 on ebay/craigslist.
