I'm looking to get an iPod interface for my 05 TL (non navi) and I've decided to get the one made by iSimple. But I'm really confused as far as the actual model number is concearned. After reading through a bunch of threads, everyone reccomends the PXAMG, but there isn't a PXAMG on the best buy website nor is it on the iSimple website. The only thing I can find is ISIM71. Are they the same thing? Different? Which one do I get?

isim71 is the same thing it just give you two harness. one for honda one for toyota. i have the isim71 sitting next to me waiting to be installed the harness plug look like the one i had from the pie x3

ok, that makes sense. i just talked to best buy about their installation, have you had any experiance with them?

so PXAMG and Isimple is the same thing? i am confused. if you buy them at Bestbuy, what kind of harness does it come with? thanks

Yes, it is the same exact unit (PXAMG is just the model name). I believe iSimple took over Peripheral because I have the same unit but mine says Peripheral on it instead of iSimple.

You need the Peripheral PXAMG and PGHHD1 harness. Otherwise known as the iSimple kit.

Isim71 works on Canadian models I just installed mine. I have a non-Navi
