Question Compu Star Alarm System!!!!

hey i just have a quick question...if i do get a compu star alarm system or any other alarm system installed on my 04 TL (which is under the extended warranty) at a local shop...would it void my warranty on the car? because i guess they would rewire or cut certain wires to get the alarm installed rite?

from the posts i read on voiding warranty, it goes like this. if you install something aftermarket and later on your car has issues and the techs found out the aftermarket part caused the problem....your warranty on that will be voided and you will have to pay. but other parts of the car will still be under warranty.

about the remote starter, my sales guy said i should go to kromer radio, im just waiting for summer time and i will go. im also getting compustar...
